Terms of use
These terms cover Bindy’s current business audit and workspace services. Review any separate order or service agreement before purchasing managed work.

Operator and current service
Bindy is a product of Makr, currently operated by Mickey as an individual. A Singapore company is planned but has not yet been incorporated. For account, privacy or service enquiries, contact mickey@makr.ac.
Bindy provides tools for researching a business’s online presence, saving growth plans, preparing websites and marketing content, and reviewing work. Some integrations and delivery features require further setup. A displayed plan, forecast or demonstration is not confirmation that a service has been activated or a result achieved.
Your account
Use accurate account details and protect your sign-in credentials. Only connect businesses, accounts and files you own or are authorised to manage. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not use the service to impersonate others, bypass access controls, send unsolicited messages or upload unlawful content.
Content and approvals
You retain your rights in material you provide. You permit us and the relevant service providers to process it as needed to perform the work you request. Confirm you have rights to uploaded images, testimonials, logos and other materials.
AI outputs are drafts that can contain errors. Review business facts, claims, pricing, licensing details and content rights before approval. Public research does not verify a business’s licence, ownership, interest or consent.
Publishing, spending and communication actions require the applicable permissions and approvals. Connecting an account does not by itself approve every proposed action. Revoking access or withdrawing approval may stop future work, but does not automatically remove content already published on another platform.
Prices and paid work
A free audit or saved plan does not create a paid subscription. Before a purchase, the order or checkout must identify the supplier, scope, price, billing frequency and cancellation terms. An estimate or proposed growth plan is not a charge authorisation.
Availability of paid work depends on the required service and provider setup. We do not guarantee a particular number of enquiries, bookings, sales, followers or a financial return.
Connected platforms
Makr operates the shared social scheduling service used by Bindy. External platforms control their permissions, availability and publishing rules. You must also comply with their terms. We will report a failed or unverified delivery as such; a scheduled item is not evidence of successful publication.
Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences. Product branding does not remove those licence obligations.
Privacy and account closure
Our privacy notice explains the information we handle and how to request access, correction or deletion. Contact mickey@makr.ac to discuss account closure, cancellation or an unresolved service issue.
We may restrict access where necessary to investigate misuse, protect accounts or meet legal obligations. Any applicable refund or consumer rights remain available.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Operating through a future overseas company will not, by itself, remove protections that apply to services offered in Australia.
Changes
We will publish updated terms when the operator or service changes. Material paid-service changes must be communicated through the applicable order or subscription arrangements.
