Service providers
These services support the current platform or have credentials configured for a feature. Configuration alone does not mean that a feature is active or that your information has been sent to it.

Supabase
- Purpose
- Authentication, primary database and file storage
- Information
- Account information, workspace records, audit evidence, plans, content and files.
- Location
- Current primary database: Tokyo, Japan. Provider support and related services may involve other locations.
- Current use
- Used by the current workspace.
Vercel
- Purpose
- Application hosting and request handling
- Information
- Requests, IP addresses, application responses and operational logs. Server functions process the data needed for the requested action.
- Location
- International infrastructure, including the United States; request handling is not restricted to Australia.
- Current use
- Used by the current website and workspace.
OpenAI, Anthropic and Google Gemini
- Purpose
- AI research, drafting, assistance and content generation
- Information
- Relevant prompts, business context, selected source content, files and generated outputs.
- Location
- International processing may include the United States. No provider-specific residency commitment has been established for this release.
- Current use
- Credentials are configured; the provider and data sent depend on the feature invoked. This does not mean autonomous production is enabled.

Resend
- Purpose
- Application email delivery
- Information
- Recipient addresses, sender information, message content and delivery events.
- Location
- International processing, including the United States.
- Current use
- Configured for application email. Automated Growth outreach remains disabled.
Stripe
- Purpose
- Payment processing and subscription management
- Information
- Billing identity, contact details, selected plan, payment information and transaction records when payment services are used.
- Location
- International processing under the applicable Stripe account arrangements; no Australian merchant entity is assumed.
- Current use
- Billing credentials exist. New Growth paid-service activation remains subject to launch setup; saving an audit does not charge a card.
Twilio
- Purpose
- SMS and supported messaging delivery
- Information
- Sender and recipient numbers, message content and delivery events when messaging is enabled.
- Location
- International infrastructure and telecommunications carriers; routing depends on the channel and recipient.
- Current use
- Credentials exist. Automated Growth messaging remains disabled.
Optional connections and planned services
Google business, Drive and Search Console services, Shopify and social platforms process information when a relevant connection is enabled. Permissions and the platform’s own notices apply. They are not all activated simply because you create a Bindy account.
The shared Makr social scheduler uses self-hosted Postiz software. It is currently private and has no connected social accounts. Using that software is not the same as sending information to Postiz’s hosted service.
Apify discovery and external product analytics are not configured in the current production release. We will update the relevant notices before activating additional processing. This page does not certify every vendor as acting only as our processor; some providers have their own responsibilities under their terms.

Bindy is a product of Makr, currently operated by Mickey as an individual. A Singapore company is planned but has not yet been incorporated. For account, privacy or service enquiries, contact mickey@makr.ac.
Contact us for access, correction or deletion requests. We do not claim that an account-closure button automatically removes every provider record.
