The NCA will be seeking a qualified service delivery partner to deliver the Services.The Services are broad ranging and include:Supply, installation, maintenance and management of parking systemsValidation and ticketing hardware/softwareParking fee collectionCompliance and infringement administrationCustomer service support for parking enquiries and issues resolutionWithout limiting the NCA’s rights, if it were to contract at the conclusion of the planned procurement process, its intention is to enter into a single contract with a single legal entity that will be the party responsible for the provision of the required Services.Prospective tenderers should regularly check AusTender for updates, and not approach the NCA or NCA personnel.
