Undertake the engineering design, survey and geotechnical investigation for pavement strengthening & widening to the following sections of the Barkly Highway;- 321.00 to 328.00km;- 345.00 to 349.00km;- 378.50 to 386.00km;- 386.00 to 398.62km;- 408.50 to 410.00km;- 430.00 to 433.80km; and- a new truck parking bay between Rockhampton Downs and Barkly Homestead - 433.8km – rest area at NT/QLD border (south side of road alignment)The scope of work will include, but is not limited to;- Conducting initial site investigations at project locations- Conducting engineering survey and geotechnical pavement investigations to inform engineering design consultancy- Provide design documentation for each area on the Barkly Highway- Providing a design report with details on existing site conditions and engineering-based evidence to support the design
